UENR Roundabout Water Feature - Sunyani, Ghana
Soughtout Space is leading the design and implementation of a landmark water feature at the UENR Roundabout in Sunyani. This Project transforms a key public intersection into an artistic and functional space that reflects innovation, sustainability, and community pride. The feature incorporates circular motion, lighting, and water flow to create a dynamic visual experience and serve as a symbol of progress for the region.

Inspired by the natural curves of a coconut shell, this spherical studio house designed by Soughtout Space merges organic form with modern living. The structure's rounded silhouette offers a sense of calm enclosure, while its minimalist interior maximizes space and light. It's a bold statement in sustainable, nature-inspired design.

Middle-Income Housing for Yikene, Bolgatanga, Ghana
Soughtout Space is developing a sustainable housing solution for middle-income earners in Yikene, located in the Upper East Region of Ghana. Designed with respect for the local culture, climate, and traditional living patterns, the project features 100 housing units built through an incremental approach using affordable local materials. The neighborhood layout promotes community through clustered, dethatched, and apartment-style homes. This initiative addresses Ghana's housing deficit while preserving the rich heritage of Yikene.
